Indeed, since the inauguration of the Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, it has been the must-see events in the world-famous park.

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is an annual event held in Walt Disney World during the Halloween season at the Magic Kingdom Park. The event kicks off September 10 and ends on November 1, 2013. There are lots of activities and exciting trick-or-treating in store for all visitors who visit Disney World during that period.

What can you expect to find when you attend the Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party?

First off, there is the Trick-or-Treat event, of which kids look forward to most. You and your kids can dress up in their favorite Halloween costumes while collecting various candies and other treats at Magic Kingdom park. It is astounding how the park had been transformed to reflect the Halloween spirit and that in itself is quite a treat! Another favorite attraction amongst kids are their favorite Disney characters also get dressed for the Halloween. On select nights, there are events held from 7PM tp 12MN. This event is ideal for children of all ages to enjoy.

If you have limited time, you can select from a wide range of events such as the Frontierland, Disney Villains Dance Mix and Mingle, Happy Hallowishes, or Mickey’s “Boo-to-You” Halloween Parade. Everyone aspires of visiting Disney World but not everyone has the luxury of time to spend several days or weeks at the resort. Thus, most only have a few days to spare. There is a common misconception that spending only a few days is not enough because Disney World is too big to explore during that time frame and you’d be better off not going. There is no truth to this at all because with proper planning and strategy, you can make the most of Disney World even when you only have a few days off.

One of the key factors to consider when visiting Disney World is the season. When you have limited time, you would not want to visit during peak season such as Holidays or Summer. This will give you more room to try out as many rides or see as many sites as you want to.

If you have a limited time and can’t decide what is best to include in your itinerary, you might want to book the services of a travel agent. These agencies often have a set itinerary for first time visitors or those who are spending time in Disney World for a specific amount of days. Thus, you can conveniently select from packages that would suit your preference so you can experience the best attractions to maximize each visit.

Staying on-site or in any Disney World resort is recommended if you are staying for a few days only. There are certain perks for staying in a Disney resort that you can exploit to your advantage here. For example, Disney World resort guests can stay in park facilities longer and have earlier access to these attractions, too. Hence, it is a great opportunity to experience these rides or facilities before the crowd flocks or even after the other guests had left.

Plan your itinerary on a day-to-day basis. Even if you would prefer a little bit of spontaneity in your trip, this is not a luxury you can enjoy when you have a limited time trip to Disney World. You need to know what to do and where to visit to help you save time trying to figure things out while you are there. You can simply head to the next stop within the park rather than stopping to decide. It also helps to know how to get to each destination or attraction so you can jump from one attraction to another with ease.

Another tip for maximizing your limited vacation time is to fly instead of travel by land. The savings in time with flying is going to help you get more time to explore Disney World rather than sitting in a car driving to Orlando. The shorter the trip, the more time you have to spend at Disney World!
